Note: where a prize provider has confirmed its own conditions, such as eligible dates, booking and expiry, those conditions are shown with that prize below. The remaining providers’ conditions will be added here as soon as they are confirmed. Everything else here is final.
Who can enter
Entry is free, with no purchase necessary, for people aged 18 or over attending the Bond Street Chelmsford birthday party on Saturday 26 September 2026. Staff working at Bond Street and anyone involved in organising the draw cannot enter.
When and how to enter
Entries open at 10am and close at 6.30pm on Saturday 26 September 2026, UK time. Visit a Birthday Prize Point, scan its QR code and submit the form while there. An email address and internet access are needed to enter.
The Prize Points are Ann's Smart School of Cookery, ASK Italian, Bare & Bold, Bravissimo, Bubbling Burkes, Giggling Squid, John Lewis, Prezzo and wagamama.
You can enter once at each different Prize Point. Each valid entry gives you another chance in the same draw. You do not need to visit every location. Use your own name and the same email address each time. Maximum one prize per person.
Repeat entries from the same person at the same point count once. Entries outside the entry period, with invalid codes or from people who have not visited the relevant Prize Point do not count. Do not share entry links or codes for off-site entry. Automated entries and the use of multiple email addresses to exceed the limit are not allowed. We may make reasonable checks of eligibility.
The prizes
There are fourteen prizes:
Ann's Smart School of Cookery
Six pairs of tickets to a two-hour cookery class. Each pair is one prize. These are allocated to the first six winners.
Bubbling Burkes
One Magic Potion class for four people, allocated to the seventh winner.
Bravissimo
One £60 voucher, allocated to the eighth winner.
Giggling Squid
One family meal for four, comprising one sharing platter, two adult mains, two portions of rice and two kids' tapas sets, allocated to the ninth winner. The meal must be taken by 28 September 2027. To redeem it, the winner must contact Giggling Squid Chelmsford at chelmsford@gigglingsquid.com to agree the date of their visit and place their order in advance.
John Lewis
One £100 gift card, allocated to the tenth winner. The gift card can be used in store and online, and expires two years from the date it is issued. To redeem it, the winner must collect it from John Lewis Chelmsford by prior arrangement, emailing Amanda Lawrence, Local Events and Community Specialist, at amanda.lawrence@johnlewis.co.uk to agree a time.
Prezzo
One £50 e-gift voucher, allocated to the eleventh winner. Prezzo’s own conditions, including expiry, any excluded dates and how the voucher is issued, will be added here as soon as they are confirmed.
wagamama
One cookbook and one £15 gift voucher, awarded together as one prize, allocated to the twelfth winner. Collect in store at wagamama Chelmsford. The voucher is valid when dining in and expires on 31 December 2026.
ASK Italian
One £50 voucher, allocated to the thirteenth winner. Valid towards food and drink when dining in at ASK Italian Chelmsford until 30 November 2026. The voucher can be used as full or part payment. Any remaining balance can be used before the expiry date. No cash alternative.
Bare & Bold
One £50 gift voucher, allocated to the fourteenth winner. Bare & Bold’s own conditions, including expiry, any exclusions and how the voucher is issued, will be added here as soon as they are confirmed.
Prizes are allocated by draw order, rather than chosen by winners. There is no cash alternative. Each prize is subject to its provider's own conditions, which will be added here once confirmed.
Choosing and contacting winners
On Monday 28 September 2026, valid entries will be randomly ranked using the RANDOM.ORG Third-Party Draw Service. We will allocate prizes in the order above, skipping any later entry from someone already selected. Further distinct entrants will be reserves in the same order. Only coded entry IDs are submitted to RANDOM.ORG.
We will email winners on 28 September. You do not need to stay at the party for the draw. Please reply within seven days of our first email. We will send a reminder before the deadline. If a winner declines, is ineligible or does not reply in time, the prize will pass to the next eligible reserve, who will also have seven days to reply and receive a reminder if needed.
Tickets or vouchers will be supplied within 30 days of the closing date. Classes take place on the dates the provider makes available.
Winner information and privacy
If you win a prize, your surname and county may be made available on request to show that it was awarded. We will ask winners for their county. You can object using the form or by contacting us; this will not affect your entry. We may still need to give winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if challenged. Information about awarded prizes can be requested after all prizes have been supplied and for six months afterwards.
