If your stay crosses 6pm, the daytime and evening rates are calculated separately. Standard charges apply to all users. Please check the tariff boards when you arrive.
Find the car park
The car park is on the lower ground level beneath the shops. Enter from the Springfield Road roundabout beside Tesco and use CM1 1GD for sat nav. Four lifts serve the car park: two to street level and two directly into John Lewis.
How to pay
Cameras read your number plate as you enter, so there is no ticket to take. When you are ready to leave, enter your registration at one of the three pay terminals and pay by card. Your charge is calculated automatically from the length of your stay. You will have a short grace period after paying to return to your car and drive out.
Height, spaces and bays
The car park has 286 spaces and a maximum height of 2.05m (6ft 8in), suitable for most cars and SUVs. Blue Badge and parent-and-child bays are at the rear.
John Lewis Click and Collect
Customers using John Lewis Click and Collect can park free for up to 20 minutes in the designated bays. One of the bays is accessible. This offer applies only when using John Lewis Click and Collect.
Bicycles and motorbikes
Bicycles are not allowed in the car park, but cycle hoops are available outside the cinema and John Lewis. Motorbikes are not permitted in the car park or elsewhere at Bond Street.
Tickets and conditions
Season tickets are not available, helping to keep spaces free for visitors. If the cameras cannot read your number plate, you will be issued with a ticket. A lost ticket costs £10 in addition to the parking charge. CCTV is in operation. Use of the car park is subject to the Conditions of Use.
